Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo at hello@thekrazies.com. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge.

Missing Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery area (sometimes packages are left in safe spots)
  3. Contact us if you still can't locate it - we'll work with the carrier to resolve it

Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong items, email us immediately. We'll send the correct items right away and arrange for return of the incorrect ones at our expense.
